Allyhood Development Training (ADT)

The Spectrum Center’s LGBTQ Allyhood Development Training Program, seeks to support an individual or organization’s process of development as it relates to LGBTQ inclusivity and advocacy. Topics covered within an ADT include exploring social identities, understanding LGBTQ terminology, learning active bystander intervention strategies, and practice utilizing knowledge and skills in real-life scenarios.
