Exploring Hidden/Unconscious Biases: Steps to Achieving DEI in an Anti-Racist Framework

For many of us, the daily unfolding of diverse and disparate perspectives connected to an overabundance of polarizing topics in the public arena, has revealed various unconscious beliefs and attitudes in response. In this workshop, we will explore the role of “hidden” biases, and find constructive ways to engage in open, respectful, and transformative professional relationships, as well as dialogues and discussions with our colleagues, in order to achieve diversity, equity and inclusion using an anti-racist framework.
