Integrating Critical Perspectives into Leadership: Moving Theory and Practice Towards Inclusion and Justice

This session will provide a foundational exploration of critical social theory and the utility of cultivating critical perspectives to interrogate leadership theory and practice. Participants will learn the art of deconstruction and reconstruction of leadership theory and practice, to challenge dominant norms and discover how to engage in leadership grounded in social justice and inclusion.
