Living Inside Out is an opportunity for us to become more fully who we want to be, boost decision making and problem solving skills, and enhance our management of relationships. We will explore

1. What are your core values?
2. Why do they matter to you?
3. The benefits of living your core values
4. How to leverage them in all areas of your life
5. How they align with inclusive leadership.
