Personal well-being involves finding deeper meaning, balance, and purpose in one’s life. It involves learning the necessary skills, knowing the proper resources, and applying wellness principles in order to live a fulfilling life.
In addition to services at their central location (Tappan Auxiliary Building, 609 Tappan Street), Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) has an embedded staff member dedicated to graduate students in the Rackham Building (Suite 3560, Room 3572).
