Rackham Strategic Evaluation and Assessment Team (R-SEAT)

R-SEAT is continually working towards advancing a culture of learning and curiosity for how Rackham can most effectively support the needs of graduate students, faculty, and staff at U-M. We have a long history of developing and leading innovative academic initiatives. Our aim is to maintain this excellence while also having the flexibility to respond to emerging needs.

R-SEAT has developed an evaluation framework to systematically review our internal academic initiatives to ensure that they are strategically aligned, effective, and impactful. This work is led by the director, Emma Flores, and Assistant Dean Ethriam Brammer, and is conducted in close collaboration with Rackham leadership, program stewards, and staff.
