Financial Education: Credit and Debt
Wednesday, February 12, 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm EST
This workshop will be a refresher on existing knowledge or allow for reconsidering foundational topics through a graduate student lens. Topics such as establishing and building credit, setting up and revising a budget, and monitoring debt, including student loan payments and prioritizing balances, will be discussed.
Please bring a laptop if you can, in case you want to review individual credit balances and develop your budget.
Time will be available for open discussion and questions and answers, and the informal presentation style welcomes everyone regardless of knowledge or experience with personal finance.
This workshop will be available in person at Rackham Graduate School in the Assembly Hall on the fourth floor, and lunch will be provided. If you are unable to attend in person, a live stream option is available.
Registration is required at https://myumi.ch/ZDXy2.
